awful burger tough bacon
The location is amazing and the staff were very friendly and professional.
I was disappointed with the food. The burger I ordered during dinner was full of bone. The bacon served at breakfast was worse than boot leather. (It was quite tough, to be honest).

the room was quite clean. i found the location perfect for exploring. breakfast proved quite tasty, with many choices. the staff seemed helpful too.
the pay and display car park was at the rear! it was a bit of a walk.

Fantastic Stay at a Central Hotel
friendly staff outdoor courtyard lively dining
The staff was very great.. I appreciated the variety of seating, from the outdoor courtyard to the intimate tables. The dining room looked lively, and there was a tea room that seemed perfect for a bridal shower. I also noted that the staff were well-dressed and efficient.
I found it difficult to locate the hotel using sat nav, as it directed me through a bus lane.

worst burger grizzle sausage
the location is in the heart of town.
I had dinner on my first night and it included probably the worst burger i've ever had. It was full of bone and grizzle. breakfast the next morning was equally bad. The sausage contained bone and grizzle. the bacon was worse than boot leather. It was a disappointing experience.

parking notice terrible service
the room was lovely and the breakfast had great choices.
i had some troubles with the car park machine because it was not working, and later i received a parking notice. i did contact the hotel, but they didn't want to take any responsability. it was really frustrating, especially with the fine going up.
